I am searching for a Business Development professional. Someone that is comfortable with a role that is all about identifying prospects, pitching, winning and then passing onto Account Managers. Every sales cycle starts with a clean slate. This is a pretty tough job and takes a special kind of person.
What makes this role a little easier is the fact that you will be working for a new division of a £700m organization. A business that is on an acquisition trail, adding high performing businesses to its growing portfolio of visual communication providers. They have a story to be told.
This is also a clean slate for the business, a new division. One with vigour, energy and ambition. You need to fit with this mentality and culture to make this work. This is very much a situation of “first in” so will be rewarded for the level of commitment and hard work. Results dependent too, obviously.
