Description

Business Development Manager

£35k - £45k + 10% Commission on GP

Who doesn’t love to be left to their own devices? As an experienced sales professional within a specific industry (this example being print), you don’t need a Smothering Sales Manager / Director breathing down your neck, counting how many cold calls you’ve made in the last 6.8 seconds.

What we are looking for is someone that knows what they need to do to hit their monetary target. Not be told what to do. If you are going to be right for this opportunity, these things must tick your boxes:

Love autonomy

Enjoy communicating with customers and soon to be customers through a plethora of mediums

Taking responsibility for your actions

Talking technical with your customers and prospects.

Have a passion for delivering an unparalleled service

Be target driven and motivated to surpass expectations

So who will you be working for? This company are based in Europe and are looking for somebody to fly the flag for them here on our beautiful shores. They have in house printing capabilities, but they also have an extensive supply network of trade printers across Europe and in the UK.

The type of work produced is print solutions (Commercial print, Large Format, POS) and promotional merchandise.   As this will be a first for the business, we need somebody that knows their stuff on print but also that knows their client base.

Exciting times. You’ll be the first. The person that sets the line in the sand, the one that the business will build around.

MH - 661

Only the adventurous (and industry related) to apply.
