Are you working within a business that have pushed the 'standby' button on your sales career?

Here's what i've got for you...


Not only will you receive full product training and a complete induction lasting three months, you will also be given the opportunity to work towards a fully funded professional sales qualification. How many businesses do you know that can offer you such a great start to your sales career? And it gets even better!


After your training, you will report into the National Sales Manager and be mentored by a Senior Business Development Manager, you will focus on new business development targeting food and drink manufacturers as well as packaging and label manufacturers. You will be given leads from the telesales team as well as website enquiries, qualify the leads by meeting with Clients and ensure you can provide a solution for the technology they need.

So, what is it you'll actually be selling? Eventually you will be able to sell the full product on offer across the group, but to start off with it'll be inket printers, thermal printers, lasers and labelers for primary and secondary packaging and labelling.

You will be joining a profitable group who in total turnover over approximately £20million and employ close to 500 staff. One who wants you to come on board with your own level of initiative and plans to help grow this side of the business. If you're settling into your role and think 'right, this is how we could do this better', then speak out because I can assure you, they are there to listen to you and more importantly implement your ideas.

To make this your reality, you will need to:

  • Have at least 12 months experience in telesales or outbound customer services environment
  • Be based in/around Wiltshire, Hampshire, Oxford, Berkshire of West Sussex areas

So, going back to my initial 'standby' point. Your progression structure here will be clearly laid out for you and you will be offered continuous progressive development towards your Sales Management career across the wider business.
