With your knowledge of FMCG marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing plans to drive profitable growth across your market. You will be responsible for: developing strategies, identifying and managing business leads, innovating product portfolios for customers and engaging their marketing teams. You will be responsible for approx. £180 million of annual revenue, serving customers in Europe, Africa & Middle East.

You will report into the Marketing Director, based within Europe, and work alongside Sales, R&D, Commercial and Procurement teams who are highly skilled with strong industry knowledge.

You will need to have at least five years marketing experience and have mastered the essentials in B2C (brand management, strategy and product development). It would be ideal if you were also familiar with the complexities of working for a global, ever changing organisation, still delivering on deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

For your application to be successful, you must:

* Have a proven track record with B2B marketing processes

* Experience working alongside R&D, turning requirements into products

* Hold relevant marketing qualifications

* Outstanding negotiation, influencing and presentational skills

It would be highly advantageous for you to speak more than one European language (fluent in English is a must), hold a master’s degree in marketing as well as have marketing experience within the flexible packaging industry.
