National Sales Manager

£50,000 - £60,000, car allowance, mileage, bonus
NO personal sales target, this is a purely management and strategy opportunity. You will join a privately owned business who have been established for over 45 years and run the entire sales force.
You will benefit from working for a privately business who offers a totally unique custom-made solution, it has no competitors because no one else offers the in-house service they do; from commercial, ID and security print through to workwear and software - a complete one stop shop for corporate clients.
As the National Sales Manager you will work alongside the Directors/Senior Management Team and use your past sales management experience to concentrate on strategy and growth areas to increase the bottom line. You will be responsible for two different sectors (Public and Private) have Regional Managers reporting into you and lead monthly group sales meetings. You must be able and a have a proven track record of leading from the front.
Due to the nature of the business, this role is best suited to someone who has worked across public and private sectors, across different industries.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- To have worked across private and public sectors, ideally across different industries
- A demonstrable and solid track record of achievement/growth as well as sales management
- To be supportive and motivated with a confident (not cocky) personality
You will need to be on site two or three days a week, so you will need to be flexible as well as hold a full driving licence.
