Salary: Up to £60,000 - £70,000 + Commission Package

If the above questions are a resounding yes, then this role might just be for you. It is very rare that you get an opportunity to influence an already established business. This is one of those openings.

You'll be at the top of the tree, a seat at the table reporting directly into the CEO. The business has a head count of 100+ and services that reach all 4 corners of the world. Impressive stuff. Such stature within a prestigious and highly regarded business carries a fair whack of responsibility: 

  • Management of a sales function as well as your own revenue target
  • Tender / Bid management for contracts on a global scale
  • Strategic sales strategy aligned to the CEO’s vision
  • 8 Direct Reports
  • Key Internal Stakeholders being CFO, CEO, Board of Directors

Such a senior position requires interested applicants to have a certain amount of exposure to the relevant experience so it would be a huge plus if anybody applying has the following: 

  • Experience of operating within the Manufacturing of Events and Exhibitions
  • Proven negotiation skills at C Level (goes without saying really)
  • Sales Manager looking to step up or a Sales Director already proven in the industry who wants to work for the market leader

This business is a multi-site manufacturer of Events & Exhibitions. They have their own internal print department, joiners, electricians, installers and fleets too.  Recognised for their brilliance on the international stage. Working with the biggest retailers, brands, corporations and agencies. Manufacturing space is 100,000 square foot. You'll be part of a growing team that currently sits at just over 100. Not bad considering they are only 6 years old...
