With your excellent customer service skills twinned with your experience in the packaging industry, you will manage an array of house accounts ranging up to £500,000 in value across a variety of sectors including retail, automotive, food and drink through to pharma and medical, to name just a few.
You’ll deal with customers from initial enquiry, estimating through production, delivery and invoicing, keeping them updated the entire way.
You will be given a full induction as well as all the training and support you need to excel in the role. You will join a lively and sociable team of five, one you would be proud to be part of and report into the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Flexible working hours: 9-17:00, 8:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday
- Lunch break: 30 minutes
- Holiday: you will gain an additional day for each years’ service you complete, up to 23 days plus your bank holidays
You will take part in an onsite two-stage interview process with the Customer Service Supervisor and the site General Manager.
