You’ll take a very hands on approach, where you’ll take the time to understand every working aspect and functions of the factory. Somedays, you’ll be visiting suppliers and understanding the operational requirements.  You’ll be fully skilled in building relations, both internal and external. You’ll have the ‘can do’ mentality, approaching your new role as a whole and working alongside your team and management to ensure that you can analyse all situations and therefore be proactive in finding ways to increase safety and of course quality with your IOSH qualification.
