The Opportunity
You'll lead an established team of experienced Account Managers, taking responsibility for customer retention, revenue forecasting, commercial performance and the continued growth of key client relationships.

Alongside leading the team, you'll also inherit several strategic customer accounts, working with major retailers and household names to identify opportunities for further growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.

This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping shape commercial strategy while ensuring customers continue to receive an exceptional level of service.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading, mentoring and developing an experienced Account Management team.
- Managing a portfolio of strategic key accounts.
- Driving customer retention, account growth and profitability.
- Owning company revenue forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Supporting contract renewals, pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Working closely with the Business Development team to ensure smooth customer transitions.

- A commercial mindset with excellent coaching and leadership skills.
- The ability to operate at both strategic and operational level.
- Ideally based in the North West of England, with the flexibility to travel between customer sites and company locations.

The Team
You'll inherit an incredibly experienced Account Management team whose members have built long-standing careers with the business. They're knowledgeable, committed and genuinely enjoy what they do, giving you a fantastic platform to build upon rather than needing to start from scratch.

You'll be joining a business with genuine values, approachable leadership and a culture where people are trusted to do their job without unnecessary politics or bureaucracy. Decisions are made quickly, ideas are welcomed and success is recognised.
