This business are on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager to be embedded within a major retail client's environment, leading the delivery of high-profile seasonal and day-to-day POS campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of campaign delivery, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring every project is executed flawlessly.

The Role
You'll act as a senior point of contact for the client, overseeing multiple concurrent campaigns while working closely with production, procurement, logistics, and creative teams.
Success in this role comes from anticipating challenges, managing expectations, and ensuring campaigns run seamlessly from initial brief through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of retail POS and print campaigns across multiple categories.
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships.
- Manage campaign planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee artwork approval and sign-off processes.
- Utilise MIS systems to monitor project status, reporting, and workflow.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify risks early and implement solutions before issues arise.
- Challenge unrealistic timelines and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Mentor and support junior team members where required.

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, Account Director, or experienced Account Manager within print, POS, marketing services, or large format graphics.
- Strong retail campaign experience.
- Excellent MIS knowledge and understanding of print workflows.
- Confident managing multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
- Experience handling artwork approvals and production processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to influence, challenge, and build credibility with clients and colleagues alike.
- Calm under pressure.
