Project Manager – Print (POS & Large Format)
North Yorkshire, Office Based
Up to £35,000
 
An established and growing large-format print and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its successful client services team.
 
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects while acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
With significant new contracts and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering an exciting phase. This role offers genuine opportunities for progression as the company continues to expand and secure additional high-profile accounts!
 
Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects, ensuring agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and successfully delivered.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, action logs and reporting, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Support project budgeting, resource planning and forecasting where required.
- Resolve day-to-day project queries, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate project and customer records while following established project management processes and best practices.

 
To succeed in this role, you will:

- Proven experience in an Account Manager or Project Manager role within ideally POS or large format graphics
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a print environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercially aware with experience in estimating and material selection
